Taper roller bearings are separable bearings, inner and outer rings have a tapered raceway. This kind of bearing according to the number of columns loaded roller into single row, double row and four-row tapered roller bearings, such as different types of structures. Single row tapered roller bearings can withstand the radial load and single direction axial load. When the bearing radial load, will produce an axial force component, so when need another affordable bearing axial force in the opposite direction to be balanced.
The cone angle of the outer ring raceway of single row tapered roller bearing can be combined with axial load and radial load at the same time between 10°~19°. The larger the cone angle, the greater the ability to withstand axial load. Bearing with large cone angle, the rear code plus b, the cone angle between the 25°~29°, it can withstand the larger axial load. In addition, single row tapered roller bearings can adjust the size of the clearance during installation.
Main Feature of Taper roller bearings :
1. Tapered roller bearings can be separated from the inner ring and roller assembly and the outer ring together form the cage tapered roller bearings can be installed separately.
2. The roller and raceway contact at the contact line can reduce the stress concentration.
3. Tapered roller bearings can withstand high radial and axial load.
4. As tapered roller bearings can only pass one-way axial load, therefore, to pass in the opposite direction of the axial load will need another with symmetrical installation of tapered roller bearings.
